Mask Events is proud to partner with Zero Emissions Noosa Inc. (ZEN Inc.) for their rebranded and enhanced Noosa EV & Electrify Expo 2024. This FREE community event is set to be a shining example of how events can embrace sustainability while promoting a greener future.
THE CLIENT & THE EVENT
ZEN Inc. has been tirelessly working to make the Noosa EV & Electrify Expo an annual highlight. This year, with a new name and a focus on strengthening the ZEN Inc. brand, they wanted to take the event to the next level. That’s where Mask Events came in.
The Noosa EV & Electrify Expo is a community street expo designed to introduce attendees to electric vehicles (EVs) and how they can make sustainable transportation choices. Visitors will be able to explore a range of exciting electric transport options, including cars, bikes, and scooters. But the focus extends beyond just vehicles. The expo will also showcase how to “electrify everything” in homes and businesses, with displays on solar power, energy-efficient appliances, and money-saving solutions for hot water, air conditioning, and more.
This free event is expected to draw approximately 6,000 attendees, both locals and visitors to the Sunshine Coast. The heart of the expo will be over 50 exhibitors and sponsors showcasing their sustainable businesses, organisations, and projects. The venue is set along Sunshine Beach Road in Noosa Heads, transforming the popular “Noosa Junction” precinct into a pedestrian-friendly expo space.
OUR WORK SO FAR
Mask Events has been busy collaborating with ZEN Inc., local councils, and stakeholders to deliver a successful and sustainable expo. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve accomplished so far:

Event Management & Traffic Plan: In collaboration with the council, stakeholders, and ZEN Inc., we’ve developed a comprehensive preliminary plan for event management and traffic flow.

Supplier Selection: We’ve obtained quotes from local suppliers and previous partners to secure the necessary event infrastructure and entertainment.

Event Budget Management: Leveraging our experience from the 2023 expo, we’re closely monitoring and managing the event budget.

Accessibility Improvements: We’re prioritising accessibility for all visitors. This includes improvements to signage, restroom access, pedestrian traffic flow, and parking on the event day.
