EVENT: Sunshine Coast Lightning away game ‘Watch Party’
VENUE: Harmony, Palmview
TYPE OF EVENT: Corporate
THE BRIEF: Bring together the Community to support the SC Lightning away game by hosting a watch party within the Display Home Precinct. The location spaced across two grassed areas on either side of the street.
WHAT WE DELIVERED: A live stream viewing of the SC Lightning VS the NSW Swifts game, on big screen trailer with the display home precinct.
SC Lightning coloured bean bags provided for seating options to set the tone for the game. A managed popcorn station and free ice creams for guests, what else could you want!
Stage entertainment complete with a team Mascot, and the musician had everyone up dancing between intervals.
Childrens activities and face painting stimulated some whilst others enjoyed the interactive opportunities from partnership stalls the lined the border of the area. Branded vehicles, merchandise stalls, practise netball hoops to enjoy with supporting game members.
Food Trucks, the local school sausage sizzle and even a neighbourhood school aged resident onsite selling his homemade pet treats. It was a full Community collaboration!
